First, the XTD type high efficiency ceramic multi tube dust remover is outlined. It is an efficient and low resistance dust removal equipment which was researched and developed very early in our factory. The dust collector is made of ceramic material. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, long life span of 20 years. The operation performance is stable, reliable, easy to manage, easy to maintain, no running cost, small area and wide range of application. The dust removal equipment can be used in the control of boiler dust.

Two, performance characteristics

1. The use of ceramic multi tube cyclone (pre dusting, removal of 85%-95% particle dust) is 2, and the process is simple. It is suitable for industrial boilers, sintering machines and furnaces under 75t/h. 3. The technology is mature and the operation reliability is high. The investment rate of the flue gas dust removal device in China is more than 90%, and the main equipment of the system seldom fails, so it will not affect the safe operation of the normal production system because of the equipment failure.
